Job Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience of academic or professional experience in the areas of modeling and analysis pertinent to building envelope and cooling and heating equipment.

- A strong technical background in the fundamentals of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and heat transfer required to simulate building energy systems. The ability to represent physics in the form. of dynamic models that can be used to carry out analysis and control of building systems is required.绿色建筑博客 EiP&dcAe&U b

- Also be well motivated and fast learner and must have excellent technical leadership, communications, teamwork, customer focus, and focus on results.绿色建筑博客

- Experience with physics based modeling of GSHP, VAV, VRV and Replacement Ventilation systems in commonly available tools such as DOE-2, E-Quest and EnergyPlus.
