Executive Summary

The Euro America Center (EAC)is located in the Hangzhou International Business Center, a core area of the World Trade Huanglong (Yellow Dragon) District.The building is developed byZhejiang Jiangong Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd, and is designed bya leading designer Mr. Tang Jinbin from Wong & Tong International Limited, ranked 46 among the world’s top 300 architectural firms.The block A of EAC is office building, andcovers an area of approximately 127,000 square meters (1,367,017 square feet), commercialfacilities included. Tabule 1 includes the elemental information about the block A bulding.

This report details the findings of the energy analysis. We modeled a budget building and the proposed building per ASHRAE 90.1-2004 and found that the proposed design reduces energy costs by 15% per LEED.

The energy efficiency of the proposed design is contributed to the following features:
